About the journal
The Annals of the University of Craiova, Psychology-Pedagogy seriesis an international academic publication with interdisciplinary characteristics. It promotes education and educational research, offers a publication forum to experienced specialists and young researchers, and facilitates exchange within the scientific community.
The journal publishes theoretical papers, basic and applied research, essays, book reviews, and interviews. Its international scientific committee brings together researchers from Romania, France, Ireland, Greece, Canada, Belgium, Albania, Serbia, and the Republic of Moldova.
Aim and scope
AUCPP publishes original research and review articles in education sciences and psychology. Areas include pre-service and in-service teacher training; curriculum development and innovation; training and assessment; educational management and leadership; sociology and psychology of education; university and adult pedagogy; comparative and alternative pedagogy; early, primary, and pre-primary education; special educational needs and inclusive education; educational counselling; the psychopedagogy of learning; and special didactics.
Issues commonly address a distinct current theme and welcome rigorous inter-, multi-, and trans-disciplinary approaches. Articles are accepted in English and French.
Publication history
The publication began in 1998 as Analele Universităţii din Craiova. Filosofie-sociologie-psihologie-pedagogie. In 2001 it adopted the titleAnalele Universității din Craiova, seria Psihologie-Pedagogie and has been published continuously under that title since then.
The archive preserves complete issues from 2006 onward and article-level catalog metadata from 2017 onward, with the available WordPress-only records retained alongside RePEc metadata.
Publisher and open access
The journal is published by Universitaria Publishing House and edited by the Teacher Training Department through the Centre for Psychopedagogical Research (CCPP), University of Craiova.
AUCPP is open access and charges neither submission fees nor article processing charges (APCs). Articles are published under the Creative Commons BY-NC-ND 2.0 UK licence; authors retain copyright in their work.
